What is Spot Check-in?

Spot Check-in is a reservation function for seats and meeting rooms.

You can reserve seats or meeting rooms in office from anywhere.

You can check-in your reserved seat or meeting room on Acall Portal or Acall Mobile.

The ACALL Portal visualizes "who is working where" by allowing users to check-in and check-out of spots.

How to use Spot Check-in?

There are two types of seat reservations:: "Advance Reservations" to reserve in advance, or "Reservation Now (Immediate Reservations)" to start to use immediately without a reservation.

You can reserve your seat in advance and check-in at the your reservation time.

Instant Reservations

You can reservation a seat or meeting room and check-in now (instant reservation) even if you do not have a reservation.

Check-in Status

You can search for workers, check their work schedules, contact information and check their current office attendance and seat availability.
