This page explains how to check-in to a reserved spot on Acall.

Check-in

Steps to check-in to a reserved spot on Acall Portal.

1. Click check-in icon to open the Portal check-in screen.
2. Select available reservation for check-in in the list of reservations and click [CHECK IN] button. 

What is check-in icon?

Check-in icon indicates which reservations are available for check-in on Acall and which reservations are currently checked-in on Acall. You can also open Portal check-in screen by clicking the icon.

Check-in icon is in the upper right corner of the Acall.

 NOTE
Check-in icon indicates reservations available for check-in on Acall.
Spots that do not have "Acall" setting as check-in method are not displayed in check-in icon and Portal check-in screen.

Hover over the check-in icon to see check-in status on Acall.

Check-in icon type changes depending on the status.

Icon	Status
	You have spot reservation ready for check-in on Acall.
	You are currently checked-in to a spot on Acall.
	You are currently checked-in to a spot and also have spot reservation ready for check-in on Acall.
	You have no spot reservation ready for check-in on Acall. (Not yet available for check-in.)
	No spot reservations available for check-in on Acall.

Browser notification

You can check-in to your reserved spot 30 minutes prior to your reservation.

When you have no previous reservation or have finished and check-in is ready, browser notification lets you know that you can check-in.

※To receive browser notifications, you need to allow notifications in advance. Since the setting method depends on the browser, please check your browser settings.

Select available reservation for check-in

Click check-in icon to open Portal check-in screen.

Select a reservation that is available for check-in (*) in the list of reservations on Portal check-in page, and click [CHECK IN] button.

（※）If the reservation is available for check-in, icon will be displayed. Details and types of the icon is explained in "Reservation List" in the table below.

Portal Check-in Screen

Item	Description
Floor Map	Floor map of the reserved spot. If you reserve a spot not registered in the floor map, floor map will not be displayed. You can not select a spot from floor map.
Reservation List	List of reservations. Icon and background color of reservations change depending on the status.   【Icon】   ：Reservation available for check-in. ：Checked-in reservation. ：Reservation not yet available for check-in. If you hover over a reservation not yet available for check-in, available time for check-in will be displayed.   【Background color】 Blue: Selected reservation. Green: Checked-in reservation.
Check-out Button	Check-out from the selected reservation spot.
Check-in Button	Check-in to the selected reservation spot.

Check-out

Click check-in icon to open the Portal check-in screen.

Select the reservation you are checking-in in the list of reservations on the Portal check-in screen and click the check-out button.
