Please tap the keyboard icon to enter end time directly and tap end time. The keyboard will be activated and you can directly enter end time.
Select the attendees from "otherUser" when you use a spot with multiple people such as a conference room.

This page explains how to reserve a spot on a spot check-in kiosk (iPad) without making a reservation in advance.
NOTE
You need to have settings by administrator in advance, when you use the spot check-in function.

Check the reservation status on the spot check-in kiosk
On the spot check-in kiosk, you can check the reservation status of a spot where you want to use.

Use a spot immediately
Tap the spot on the map with available seats you want to use, and the reservation screen will be displayed.
Enter the "worker code" of users and tap [USE NOW].
When you want to use between 30 minutes ~ 3 hours, tap the intended time slot.
If you want to use the spot for more than 3 hours, check the "Specify End time" checkbox and select end time from the pull-down menu.
Tap [START USING] for using the spot.
Please move to the spot you have checked in and use it until the end time.
