Webhook triggers and triggering patterns

The following items can be set as Webhook triggers.

 - Create, update, and delete appointments and internal meetings.

 - Processing enter/exit on Acall Portal

 - Issuance of admission card

 - Unlocking Acall Gate

 

① Create, update, and delete appointments/internal meetings

Patterns that trigger webhook

  - Create, update, and delete appointments and internal meetings on Acall Portal.

  - Create, update, and delete appointments/meetings using an external calendar.

  - Create, update, and delete appointments/internal meetings using Acall mobile. 

 

Patterns that don't trigger Webhook

 - Create appointments/internal meetings via CSV upload.

 - Create, update, and delete internal meetings on Acall Meeting.

 

② Processing enter/exit on Acall Portal

Pattern that triggers webhook

 - Processing enter/exit of guests on Acall Portal.

 

Patterns that don't trigger Webhook

 - Processing enter/exit of guests on Acall Reception.

 

③ Issuance of admission card

Patterns that trigger webhook

 - When admission card is printed from Acall Reception

    Accept QR code for appointments

    Accept QR code of Invitation Pass 

    Accept visitors with no appointment

 - When admission card is printed from Acall Portal

 

Patterns that don't trigger Webhook

 - When admission sheet is printed

 - When admission card is printed after guest entrance using "Enter Event Ticket Code" on Acall Reception is processed.

Add Webhook

Click [Integrations] >[Webhooks] in the side menu, and click the [+ Add New] button to display the new creation screen.

Fill out the form and click [CREATE] to complete.

 

NOTE
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
Duplicate names cannot be registered.

Items	Contents
Name*	Name of the webhook
URL*	URL of the service to be linked when the webhook is triggered.
Signature verification token	Click the [Generate] button on the item and a random token will be issued
Trigger settings	Select "Create, update, or delete appointments/meetings”
Validity	Toggle to enable or disable

 

Test Webhook

You can test the Webhook you have created.

From the TEST tab of the created webhook edit screen, select the trigger to be tested, and click [Send Test] to display the test request and response to check the test results.

 

Edit and delete webhooks

You can check the webhooks you have created from the side menu [Integrations] > [Webhooks].

Click [Edit] on the Webhook you want to edit (pencil mark) to open the edit screen.

Update the information and click [UPDATE] to finish.

To delete a webhook, click [DELETE].
