This page describes how to set up Acall Meeting's two operating modes, "Outside Mode" and "Inside Mode".

Outside Mode and Inside Mode

Acall Meeting has two operating modes: "Outside Mode" suitable for use outside the meeting room and "Inside Mode" suitable for use inside the meeting room.

You can choose the mode that best suits your needs and the environment of your office.

 Note
・ Outside Mode / Inside Mode settings are saved for each device (iPad). The settings are not reflected on all devices, so you need to set on a per-device basis.
・ You can set different modes for different devices within a single company.

 
Only one iPad can be installed per meeting room. Outside Mode and Inside Mode cannot be used together for a single meeting room. If the meeting rooms are separate, for example, Outside Mode can be used for the meeting room in the visitor's area and Inside Mode for the meeting room in the internal area.

Tap the Settings button (gear icon) in the lower left corner of Acall Meeting.

Enter the passcode (device config key).

If you do not know the device configuration key, please refer to "Setting the Device Configuration Key".

You can select "Inside Mode" or "Outside Mode" by setting the display mode.
