Acall Meeting app has a feature that allows you to start a meeting immediately, even without a reservation, such as for a short emergency meeting. It is also possible to restrict the use of the meeting room to non-reservation holders by requiring them to enter a code in the function to identify the reservation holder.

Start a meeting right away on Acall Meeting

Select the use of the room by clicking either the [For External Use] or [For Internal Use] button displayed in the upper right corner of the screen.

Enter the usage time by adding 15 minutes with the [+] button or reducing 15 minutes with the [-] button, and then swipe the Start button to the right (ENTER).

The reserved time is displayed and you can use the meeting room.

Check the remaining time of the meeting

Touch the screen to display the remaining time.

End meeting

Swipe the button below the time display to the left (EXIT) to end the meeting.

Worker code authentication

If the administrator/multi-tenant administrator has set the code entry as mandatory, you will be asked to enter the worker code when you start using a meeting on Acall Meeting. You can check your own code in the "Account Settings" screen or the check-in screen of Acall Mobile.

When using Acall Mobile

You can choose between QR codes and alphanumeric codes, so in addition to entering the alphanumeric code using the keyboard above, you can also check in by holding up the QR code displayed on the smartphone application.
