Acall Meeting can make voice announcements based on the start and end of the meeting, as well as the elapsed and remaining time of the meeting.

This page describes the announcement settings for Acall Meeting that can be set on Acall Portal.

Announcement setting

Click [App settings] in the main menu in Acall Portal, select [Acall Meeting].

You can set up in "Meeting Ending Alert" and "Announcement" sections.

Voice Announcement

Prevent forgetting to start or end a meeting by voice announcement.

Turn ON "Use" for announcement.

Set announcement timing by selecting time (3 minutes/5 minutes/10 minutes/15 minutes/30 minutes).

Text is currently only available in Japanese, and reading out upper and lower case katakana, alphanumeric characters, hiragana, and kanji is supported.

Set up end-of-meeting alert

Select meeting progress(%) or remaining time(minutes) in "Meeting Ending Alert".

Minutes/%, Unit

You can set the timing of alerts in two ways.

"% elapsed" (elapsed time)
Alarm goes off when 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, or 100% of the meeting has elapsed.
"Minutes ago" (remaining time)
Alarm goes off 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes, 25 minutes, and 30 minutes before the end of the meeting.

Frequency

You can check or change the frequency of the alert (up to 5 times).

Delete and add new alert

Tap the trash can icon to delete the alert.

Click [+ADD ALERT] to add additional alert.

How to set up sound

Announcement settings made on Acall Portal will be applied to all Acall Meeting iPad.

If you would like to set separate settings for each iPad, please set up on the Acall Meeting app on each iPad.
