Acall has config keys that allows you to update applications and disconnect from the server smoothly on your iPad. You can manage that only limited users could disconnect from the server and build a secure reception since you can set different config keys for administrators and general users. The following is the steps how to set device config keys.

Check device config keys

After logging in to Acall Portal, click [Settings] > [Company setting] on the side menu, and you can find the device config keys.

 NOTE
Device config keys are automatically assigned by default.

Change device config keys

Enter any number for administrators and general users, and click [UPDATE] to complete.

 ATTNETION
・You can not set same number as config keys for administrators and general users.

Enter config keys

Tap the gear icon in the lower left corner of the top screen on Acall Reception / Acall Meeting.

When the number button for inputting config keys will be displayed and you enter the keys you have set, and it will switch to the config screen.
