There are two ways to print an admission card / sheet. A guest (visitor) can print it in Acall Reception, or a worker (person in charge) can print it on Acall Portal.

This page explains how workers (people in charge) can print an admission card / sheet in My Page or the reservation menu of Acall Portal.

Print admission card from my page

After logging in to Acall Portal, click "My Page" in the side menu, or click Account Icon > My Page in the upper right corner of the screen.

Click [Edit (pencil mark)] on the schedule for which you want to print an admission card.

 

Click the printer icon.

 

Check the setting items and click on [CREATE A PRINT QUEUE].

Items	Description
Device to print	Select the device name of Acall Reception (iPad) for the reception.
Visitor name	Check if you want to display the visitor's name on the admission card / sheet.
Select a template	Select a template for an admission card / sheet that you want to print.
Counter	Specify the number of printing

 

You will see "The print queue has been completed" in the lower right corner. Please check the printer to see if the admission card has been printed.

Print admission card from reservation

Open [Reservations] > [Workspace] in side menu of Acall Portal.

Click on the reservation you want to edit and click [edit detail].

 

Click on the printer icon.

 

Check the setting items and click on [CREATE A PRINT QUEUE].

Items	Description
Device to print	Select the device name of Acall Reception (iPad) for the reception.
Visitor name	Check if you want to display the visitor's name on the admission card / sheet.
Select a template	Select a template for an admission card / sheet that you want to print.
