If the group “Sales Department” is synchronized to Acall, and then the group name is changed to “Sales Division” in Acall, the group name in IdP will remain “Sales Department”.

The following actions for the groups to be provisioned must be done on the IdP end.

• Changing group names
• Deleting groups
• Changing the group to which a worker belongs

Even if you use group provisioning, you can still create a new group in Acall, but it will not be reflected in IdP.
