Yes, it is fine to use a different method for check-out than the one used for check-in.

You can check in/check out or extend the reservation using any of the methods set in the workspace's "Check-in/out Method."

For example, you can check in and start the meeting using Acall Mobile, then check out and end the meeting via Acall Portal.

Even when combining different methods, the system synchronizes information in real-time.
