Acall Portal supports the following OS.

Acall Portal supports the following web browsers.
- Google Chrome latest version (Recommended Browser)
- Microsoft Edge (Chromium/Mac) latest version
- Safari latest version
NOTE
Supported browsers guarantee the operation of functions,
but may not support events such as display corruption if it does not affect the operation.
Please consider using a recommended browser.
Network Requirements
Ports
If network communication is restricted by a firewall or other means, allow the following ports.

FQDN
It is not necessary to specify FQDN when allowing communication over a port. If you need to have some restriction with FQDN or IP address from a security point of view. Please specify the following FQDN to allow the port.
NOTE
・IP addresses are variable, permission by IP address is not available.
Please allow permission with FQDN.
・We will notify you in advance if the FQDN is to be added or changed.
