This page explains how to install Acall Meeting application from the App Store and connect to a meeting room, which can be used with the Meeting Room Check-in function.

Install Acall Meeting application

From the App Store on your iPad, or, Google Play on your Android tablet, enter [Acall Meeting] in the search field and tap the [Acall Meeting] app that appears after the search. Tap [GET] and install the app.

Generate PIN code

Click [Workspace] in the Acall Portal side menu, then click the device button for the meeting room you want to generate a PIN code.

 Note

The device buttons will not be displayed in the following cases:

- "Acall Meeting" is not set as the check-in-out method for the workspace.

- The "Available concurrently" option for the workspace is set to ON.

- The workspace is linked to a shared meeting room.

Select Inside Mode or Outside Mode and click [GENERATE].

Launch application and enter the PIN code

Tap [Allow] on the pop-up window displayed when you launch Acall Meeting app.

Enter the PIN code that you generated in Acall Portal and tap the [Connect] (接続する) button.

If you are using the Android version, you must select Inside/Outside Mode when entering the PIN code.

If the connection is succeeded, Acall Meeting screen will appear. (The following is an example of Outside Mode.)

Connect a second Acall Meeting device

You can connect up to two devices to one meeting room.

When connecting a second device, a new PIN code needs to be generated for the meeting room where the first device is already connected.

The display mode can be the same or different from the first device. For example, the first device can be Inside Mode and the second device can be Outside Mode.

Enter the generated PIN code to Acall Meeting on the second device.

 

If you connect two devices in one meeting room, please make sure to update both devices simultaneously.

Remove (uninstall) the Acall Meeting app

If the Acall Meeting app is no longer needed or needs to be reinstalled, for example to replace an iPad or Android tablet, follow the steps below to remove (uninstall) the app.
