On Acall Reception, you can select "iPad default keyboard" or "Acall original built-in keyboard" in the visitor input screen.

Unlike the default keyboard, the built-in keyboard is not affected by changes in input settings made by the previous user (e.g., English input setting, history in texts prediction, etc.).

In addition, since the keyboard and input screen are integrated, visitors can handle smooth input process.

NOTE

There are following restrictions when you use the built-in keyboard.

・Free input is not available.

・Kanji or Hiragana input in not available.

・Cannot add a name of visitors' accompanying persons

Enable built-in keyboard

After logging in to Acall Portal, click [App settings] > [Acall Reception] on the side menu, enable [Built-in keyboard] in the Additional functions section, and then click [SAVE].

Enable visitor input function

Please refer to Guests (Visitors) Input Function on Reception iPad for the setting.

Once you have completed the setting, the visitor information input screen will be displayed as shown below on the device where the visitor input their information.
