Yes, please note the followings

• Deleting a group in IdP will also delete the group on Acall.
• If a group is hierarchically structured in Acall, when a parent group is deleted, the groups on lower level are also deleted at the same time.

If you want to keep  groups on lower level on Acall, please do the following

1. After removing the group hierarchy on Acall, delete the parent group in IdP.
2. After completing the changes in IdP, start provisioning Acall.
3. Re-create the group hierarchy on Acall.
