Can I sync existing Acall groups with IdP groups?

No, you cannot.
A new group will be created on Acall.
For example, if you start provisioning a group with

| General Affairs Department | General Affairs Department ※ A group manually registered in Acall |
Two “General Affairs Department” groups will be registered on Acall.

| General Affairs Department | General Affairs Department ※ A group manually registered in Acall |
| General Affairs Department ※ A group synchronized by provisioning |
To prevent double registration of a group, delete the existing group on Acall before starting provisioning.
When a group is deleted, the following settings of the group will also be deleted and settings cannot be restored.

- Workspace permission settings
- Spot permission settings
