If a blank screen appears as shown above, try the following steps.

Reload frame

On a blank screen, right-click > click [Reload frame].

Clear browser cache

Open Google Chrome, click three dots at the top right.

Click [More tools] > [Clear browsing data].

Select a time range from the pulldown. To delete all, select [All time].

Check "Cached images and files" check box and click [Clear data].
