This page explains the differences in the appearance in Acall Desktop when you set spot permission in Acall.
Acall Desktop
CHECK IN
Spots that meet the following conditions will be displayed in the 「チェックインする場所を選択」 option on the 「勤務を開始する」 screen.
- "Acall Desktop" is set as the check-in method
- If you have a permission to use the spot
STATUS
Spots that meet the following criteria will be displayed in the 「チェックインする場所」 options in the STATUS screen.
- "Acall Desktop" is set as the check-in method
- If you have a permission to use the spot
MEMBERS
You can find spots where other workers are checking-in on MEMBERS screen.

"@XX" name of the spot the worker checked in will be displayed after the worker's name |

When workers check in to a spot that you do not have permission to view |
The spot where the worker checked in will not be displayed. |

When workers' work-hour is not registered |
